Weather, vermin and corrosion barrier. Installed at point of construction only. PVC flashing isolates wall sheeting from contact with concrete slab. Sheet warranty may be voided without such a barrier.

VERMASEAL is UV protected, impact resistant, flame retardant and self-extinguishing PVC flashing that will not rot or rust.
Internal skirting allows easy sweep out and provides a neat aesthetically pleasing finish.
Controls wind and dust penetration.
Prevents grass growing through profiles and is easy whipper snipper maintained.
No variation to standard engineering or layout.
Fits to wall sheeting with Teks screwed through the pan and into the skirting board area.
Available in grey (same colour as the back of colorbond sheet).
Note: shrinkage or distortion of about 0.5% can occur in very hot climates. This should not unduly affect the performance of the product. It is recommended that all PVC products be stored in their box and out of the sun in hot climates prior to installation.
