Seal those gaps into your corrugated roof space with Houseseal.

Designed for use on steel and timber fascias on homes and brick garages with steel roofs. This can also be used under the eaves, verandas and patios where the veranda/patio roof sheet continues into the main building’s roof space. You can also install this behind your gutter when renovating—it’s great ember protection in bushfire zones.

There are three versions available, one that is fixed to the front of the fascia or top plate (Standard), another that is fixed by the roof’s first batten or, if out of reach, a new pan-fixed screw. (MF) and thirdly, a perforated variety that can be fascia or top plate fixed.

Retroseal HOUSESEAL (Standard and MF) helps keep birds, mice and other vermin out of your roof space and also deters the entry of sparks or burning embers from bushfires.

Metal Flashing 762mm long cover.
Perforated Zincalume Houseseal is only available in Zincalume.

Available in Zincalume for hidden fixings or Colorbond for exposed.

(STD) = front fascia fix,  (MF) = Metal fascia, so fix to batten or sheet pan.

It’s possible, it can be a little more fiddly, While many of the retroseals would suit, the product Combination Seal is the best for already insulated sheds and shed homes.

Send us your details at and we can arrange a sample. Please also let us know what you need to achieve just in case we can suggest a better product for the job.

Find our product install guides here. It’s usually due to an incorrect installation method or ordering the wrong profile. Please send a photo of the situation. Remember! Superseal installs at approximately a 30- 45 deg angle so please fix a receiver strip in place first, place the clip onto the strip and check fit that way. Instructions are either attached to the box or inside the box.

This depends on the profile of your shed cladding and the purpose (vermin and or embers) Have a look at our cladding guide which can help you to know what works for your shed.
