The 860 is a single-skin metal-clad pre-hung outward opening double or single shutter set.

The 860 door leafs consist of  18mm ply inserts siliconed and screwed to welded and powder coated 35x35x1.6mm SHS tube frames which are clad (the external face & sides) using one 0.5mm Colorbond steel sheet, which is then fastened on by matching coloured steel rivets with silicone for noise reduction. The 37-door jamb consists of a 1.5mm multi-folded, pressed & welded four-sided steel profile, powder coated to match the Colorbond steel sheet (or your colour of choice) and fitted with six 100x70x2.5mm 304 grade stainless steel hinges which fasten the door and the jamb together using heavy-duty countersunk steel rivets.
