Terms and Conditions – Bunnings Gift Card Promotion 2014
Subject to the availability of stock as set out in clause 3, eligible purchasers will receive a Bunnings Gift Card (www.bunnings.com.au)valued at $200.00.
To be eligible, purchasers must:
(1) place an order for any Ranbuild building (excluding awnings, spare parts, concrete, Better Pay and installation) from a Lysaght Building Solutions Pty Limited trading as RANBUILD® (Ranbuild) Authorised Dealer (Dealer) between 9.00am 8 September and 31 October 2014; and
(2) To be eligible for the promotion the job must be paid to manufacture on or before 31 January 2015.
3.The total number of Bunnings Gift Cards available nationally to eligible purchasers under this Promotion is strictly limited to 750. In the event that Ranbuild exhausts its stock of Bunnings Gift Cards prior to 31st October 2014, a purchaser will not be entitled to receive a Bunnings Gift Card (or any other replacement product or other compensation) in relation to an order placed with that Dealer, notwithstanding that the purchaser has otherwise complied with clause 2 above.
4. The promotion only applies to new orders placed with a Dealer. Any existing order with a Dealer that is cancelled and reordered will not be eligible for the Gift Card. Maximum of one (1) Gift Card per order.
5. The purchaser will be provided with Bunnings Gift Card by Ranbuild Head office once 40% payment to manufacture is made. Ranbuild and the Dealer are not responsible for any delays caused as a result of events beyond the control of Ranbuild, the Dealer or Bunnings.
7. The Bunnings Gift Card is not redeemable for cash. The Gift Card can be used towards the purchase of goods at any Bunnings and can only be used once. When redeemed, the Gift Card must be relinquished to the cashier. Maximum change given is $9.95. The Bunnings Gift Card has no implied warranties and is not a credit card or debit card. Bunnings and Ranbuild are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
8. Without limiting clause 3 above, in the event that a total of 750 Bunnings Gift Cards are not available due to state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster) or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Ranbuild and/or the Dealer, Ranbuild and the Dealer reserve the right to substitute the Bunnings Gift Card with an alternative product of equal value and/or specification (up to a total quantity of 750), unless to do so would be prohibited by law and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
9. Ranbuild and the Dealer make no warranty, representation or other statement regarding the suitability or otherwise of the Bunnings Gift Card. No responsibility or liability is taken by Ranbuild and the Dealer for any loss, misplacement or tampering with the gift card that may render it void.
10. Except for any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which from these terms and conditions would contravene any statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void (Non Excludable Condition), Ranbuild and the Dealer exclude from these terms and conditions all conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute, general law or custom. Except for liability in relation to a Non Excludable Condition, Ranbuild and the Dealer (including their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, without limitation, the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Ranbuild or the Dealer’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions; and (d) any tax implications;
11. Ranbuild may collect personal information in order to conduct this Promotion, and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to,Bunnings Hardware. The provision of a Bunnings Gift Card in connection with this promotion is conditional upon eligible purchasers providing the information required. Eligible purchasers should direct any request to access, update or correct personal information to Ranbuild.”
