Stramit® Steel Wall Framing – Studs, Nogging and Plates

Creating an office, storage room, bathroom or other internal area inside your shed? Stramit® steel wall framing provides a straight, strong framework for building internal walls and fixing plasterboard or other suitable wall linings.
The range includes Australian-made steel studs, nogging, and top and bottom plates manufactured from TRUECORE® steel.

Stramit Stud – 75mm wide, 1.0 or 1.2mm BMT
Stramit Stud – 90mm wide, 1.2mm BMT
Stramit Nogging – 72mm wide, 1.0 or 1.2mm BMT
Stramit Nogging – 87mm wide, 1.2mm BMT
Stramit Plate – 78mm wide, 1.0 or 1.2mm BMT
Stramit Plate – 93mm wide, 1.2mm BMT
Stramit Long Leg Stud – 1.2mm BMT
Stramit Long Leg Plate – 1.2mm BMT

How to Order

Select the required framing component from the product options before adding your order to the cart.
Calculate the total number of lineal metres required and enter that amount in the quantity box.
In the order information box, enter the number and length of the individual pieces required.
For example:
10 studs × 2.4 metres = 24 lineal metres
Enter 24 in the quantity box and 10 × 2.4m studs in the order information box.
Delivery or Pickup?
Stramit transports its own products, with a minimum freight charge of $197.50.
Alternatively, you can collect your order from a Stramit branch at no charge. Select the Stramit pickup option during checkout to remove the delivery charge.
Delivery may not be available to remote locations outside a Stramit transport route. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether delivery is available in your area.
Important Information
These products are intended primarily for internal, non-load-bearing walls. They can be used to create rooms beneath a mezzanine, but must not be used to support the mezzanine, roof or another structural load unless the complete wall system has been professionally engineered.
