Insulation – Lightweight 50-60mm Insulated Roofing Blanket, or equivalent performance specification. Insulation is a glass wool blanket with a reinforced laminated thermofoil face to one side. (Performance specification (R Value) change dependent on the ventilation. Insulation to the roof of the main building. Safety wire is provided to the roof area only.
Roof Ventilators – 2 x 300mm Ventilator(s) (same colour as roof).
Bracing – The building will have Knee and Apex braces. Minimum internal knee clearances are: Main Building 3.865m. Minimum internal apex clearance is: 5.388m.
Mezzanine – One (1) bay, starting at bay Three (3). Height under joist to be 2.4m, with a clearance under the bearer of 2.2m. Steel bearers and joists only. Bearers supported by One (1) mid columns. Stairs, balustrading and timber flooring supplied by others. Allowable floor load is 3.0kPa uniformly distributed. (Suitable for a office for general use or General storage up to 1.2m high – No concentrated loads).
Roof Purlins & Wall Girts – Z sections bolted to rafters & columns with a minimum overlap of 10% of the bay width.

- Materials, as nominated above, supplied as per the attached General Specification”.
- BlueScope – product warranties of up to 15 years apply.
