Roller Doors – Seven (7) COLORBOND® steel 2.2m high x 2.4m wide roller doors (roller door is wind rated). One (1) COLORBOND® steel 2.2m high x 1.95m wide roller door (with 1 motorised unit (GDO-6 V3 (or similar) with 2 remote handpieces), roller door is wind rated). Dividing Walls – Nine (9) structural walls coloured red running across the span of the building between bays 2 & 3, 3 & 4, 4 & 5, 5 & 6, 6 & 7, 7 & 8, 8 & 9, 9 & 10 and 6 & 7. COLORBOND® steel TRIMCLAD® 0.42 BMT (0.47TCT) sheeting. These walls will be the colour selected for internal walls. These walls are structural – they must be installed in the location shown. They cannot be moved at any time.
Solar Panels – Your building has been designed to allow for the loads of a future installation of Solar Panels (by others). The information you have provided is that you have no intention of installing a storage battery in the future and that you have a singlephase power connected to your property. Currently this allows for you to export to the grid up to 5kW. You would most likely install up to 6.6kW of panels. Depending on the panel this equates to 19 to 20 solar panels. We calculate that you can fit 20 panels on your new steel building roof. We have engineered the building for panels to be placed on the right side of the main building.
Open Bays – One (1) 3m open bay and Two (2) 6m open bays with the column removed – along the sides of the steel building. Refer to Layout (attached) for location & height clearances.
