High Profile Mount Vents address the common problem of no flat surface available when mounting vents and fixtures onto a High Profile wall like Trimdek, Monoclad, Trimclad or Superdek.
Big Vents via the ShedBlog are available in all Standard Colorbond colours, Zincalume or Galvanised. These wall vents are suitable for high profile cladding like monoclad and trimdek profiled walls especially suited to architectural claddings like Lysaght Trimdek and Stramit Monoclad. Each vent comes with a woven alloy mesh insert and coloured rivets. Rivet onto the external wall sheet on top of (supplied) woven mesh after drilling 2 x 20mm holes into the adjacent internal pan of the sheet (coloured rivets supplied) Opposite each louvre then repeat spacing 35 mm below each pair (the height of each louvre) the best way of doing this is to use a step or cone drill. These Big High Profile vents are only available in vertical format, in Style C for use on Vertical cladding.

These steel vents will help you meet B.A.L 29 requirements with their alloy mesh.
The Galvanised versions extend to reach B.A.L 40 with its galvanised mesh.
