The knee plate (haunch) is the point where the column and rafter are joined by the knee bracket or knee plate, the further the bracket wraps around the column and rafter, stronger the joint is.
HOW TO ORDER - Select the appropriate size bracket. Enter the roof pitch. For Skillion roof you can add minus to the pitch eg, 4 Knees, 2 x 10deg and 2 x Minus 10deg.
These Knee Plates come in:
- G450 Gal Steel
- With a BMT of 1.5mm to 3mm available.
- All pitches are available (nominate when ordering) Use + & minus for skillion roofs
- They have up to 18mm bolt holes.
- Suit Australian purlins from Stramit, Lysaght, Metroll etc.
- You can buy your purlins, battens & sheeting here
- Manufacture Lead time approx 10-12 working days
