One of the products we believe should be installed on every new Shed is Vermaseal.
Don’t worry if you haven’t as you can still very simply install Retroseal which has been designed to be fitted to already constructed sheds.
The vermin seal we recommend has two major benefits.
- Discourages vermin from entering the shed.
- Helps prevent corrosion to the bottom of the sheeting.
By sealing the profiles of your wall sheeting at or near the slab level you prevent creatures like snakes, rats, mice, lizards and frogs from entering your shed through those gaps.
By introducing a plastic sleeve between the concrete and your sheeting you are promoting additional longevity to your wall sheet by isolating it from the potentially harmful chemicals in concrete like lime.
For a small fraction of the cost of your shed you can protect it for years to come.
