Sentry™ 380 is a high security door that has been specifically designed to protect all forms of buildings against cyclones.

Larnec Doors & Systems has invested a great deal of time and money into our Sentry™ 380 series range of cyclonic doors. The doors in this range have been engineered to a standard never before seen in the Australian door market.

In cyclonic regions C & D the Sentry 380 door meets all the requirements of AS1170.2. All Sentry 380 Cyclonic doors are certified and must be installed to Larnec Doors Policy to obtain this certification. Although the Sentry 380 door meets AS1170.2, the building designer must still consider the resistance of the entire building envelope to the impact of flying debris.

It is strongly recommended that the building designer refers to the – Design Guide for
Portal Frame Steel Sheds and Garages – complied by the Steel Shed Group and also
contact Larnec Doors technical department to discuss their requirements.
Each cyclonic door is tagged and certified when installed. Maintenance and
inspection contracts can be provided and a registered log book provided
to maintain years of carefree service.

How to Specify; Doors shall be Sentry™ 380 doors. Comprising of a metal clad door with Colorbond® steel facings. Pre-hung in a heavy duty metal frame with a powdercoated finish and fitted with three industrial grade hinges and door furniture as specified.

Larnec Doors rate the Sentry 380 a Class A door which places it in the high security bracket.

CAN YOU DELIVER A PA DOOR TO ME

Yes, both Larnec and Taurean Doors can include delivery to your home or worksite.
However, If your site or home is deemed remote by the freight forwarders, it may be necessary to collect from a regional centre near you.
For Larnec Doors We can arrange for a depot delivery to Toll depots or Lysaght or Stramit Depots.
For Taurean doors, they can be picked up from a Stramit depot in the capital cities and a few regional centres.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MANUFACTURE A PA DOOR?

Manufacture time varies from 10 working days to 25 working days depending on the model of the door. The Standard shed doors – Larnec Sentry 650, tend to be at the 10-day end of the supply range. The Taurean range of doors has a 4-week lead time.

WHAT KIND OF DOORS DO THE MANUFACTURERS MAKE

Larnec has a range of doors from Single skin shed doors to double-skin commercial doors to Heavy duty industrials. Taurean only makes single-skin doors suited to steel sheds.
