BlueScope to Update Their COLORBOND® Steel Contemporary Colours Soon

Have you heard about the news from Bluescope? Last January 2022, BlueScope notified their customers that they will be launching a new set of COLORBOND® steel colour palettes this year, 2022.

They have announced this to let their customers prepare and plan for this transition of the colours. In the article, they said, “Regular reviews of the COLORBOND® steel range are key to its continued success.” They have decided to review the palette across the entire COLORBOND® steel range as they also wanted to hop on the new trends emerging in terms of how the COLORBOND® steel is used in many buildings.

Three of their current colours will be replaced namely, the Cove, Mangrove, and Terrain. It has been said that they will remove these colours based on the current and projected future demand.

The new set of colours will be introduced at the COLORBOND Steel launch event in the 3rd quarter of the Calendar Year 2022. And since the 3 colours will only be replaced, they will still have 22 standard colours on their palette.

BlueScope aims and believes that the closer alignment of their colour palette will help the homeowners and designers decide and select easily.
