Roller Doors -Two (2) COLORBOND® steel 4m high x 3.5m wide roller doors supplied with a planetary gearing system (roller door is not wind rated). One (1) COLORBOND® steel 4m high x 5m wide roller door supplied with a planetary gearing system (roller door is not wind rated). PA Doors – Two (2) 2040h x820w COLORBOND® steel doors. Single skin metal clad door with COLORBOND® steel facings and fold-down vertical sides for strength and appearance. On a welded RHS frame, the door is pre-hung into a powdercoated frame. Supplied with a Knob/Knob entrance set; One (1) 2040h x1100w COLORBOND® steel door. Window Openings – Materials to frame up for window opening(s) including a header flashing to suit Two (2) 1500h x1500w windows and Two (2) 900h x1800w windows (the supply of windows is NOT included).
Dividing Walls – One (1) structural wall coloured red running across the span of the building between bays 1 & 2. COLORBOND® steel TRIMCLAD® 0.42 BMT (0.47TCT) sheeting. This wall will be the colour selected for internal walls. This wall is structural – they must be installed in the location shown. They cannot be moved at any time.
Open Bays – Two (2) 4.5m open bays – along the sides of the steel building. Refer to Layout (attached) for location & height clearances.
Open Gable-Ends – Steel building has sheeting as shown whilst the left-end-wall-mullions have been removed. Refer to the Layout attached.
Bracing – The building will have Knee and Apex braces. Clearances are subject to the engineer’s final design requirements. Estimated internal knee clearances are: Main Building 3.073m. Estimated internal apex clearance is: 4.643m.
Roof Purlins & Wall Girts – Z sections bolted to rafters & columns with a minimum overlap of 10% of the bay width.
Fixing to Concrete – Screw-Bolts fitted after concrete is cured.
